Una Nash
Expert in Developing and implementing quality and compliance standard operating procedures, guidelines, processes, and training based upon applicable law, regulations and industry standards to ensure operational compliance. Local and global GxP and supplier auditor.
With more than 30 years of global Pharmaceutical experience, Una has held positions in various functional areas with multiple Pharmaceutical Companies including but not limited to:
Marketing and Sales, Manufacturing, R&D, Medical, IT Compliance, and Compliance Operations in the Office of Ethics and Compliance.
Recognized within the Pharma industry as an SME in the US and global promotional regulations, Compliance Analytics, global transparency and disclosure and anti-bribery, anti-corruption requirements.
Una holds a bachelor’s in Chemistry and Mathematics from the National University of Ireland. a master’s degree in Analytical Chemistry from the University of London, UK.
She holds advanced certificates from the Association of British Pharmaceutical Industry and is an American Society of Quality Certified Quality Auditor.

Kevin Nash
Expert in Human Resources Management, Managerial Communications, Organization Behavior and Culture Change.
An industrial/organizational psychologist and management consultant specializing in organizational development, employee development, and human capital management. Has held senior management positions in marketing and human resources in the pharmaceutical and medical equipment industries, and was an associate professor and Director of the MBA and MPA programs at Long Island University, Hudson Graduate center from 2014 to 2020.
He has worked with clients in Europe, Africa, and the United States. His consulting assignments have included coaching executives and management teams, designing and implementing management training and development programs, designing succession planning and performance management processes, and providing change management consulting for organizations engaged in significant organizational change.
He holds an undergraduate degree in marketing from the University of Dublin, Ireland, coming first in his class, a Masters in Management from the University of Kent at Canterbury, UK, and a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Capella University, Minneapolis MN.

Magda Du Prees
Expert in Managerial Decision Making and Performance, Organizational Development, Talent Assessment and Selection, Culture transformation. Researched and Developed the KUDU Performance Initiative.
Has worked with clients in healthcare and other industries in the USA, Europe, and Africa. Has conducted extensive research on the impact of feelings and personality on Middle Managers’ decision-making and performance the role of purpose and motivation on academic achievement.
She holds a Ph.D. from Wits Business School, South Africa, a MA, Psychology, University of the Free State, South Africa, and is an adjunct professor at the Long Island University Hudson Graduate Center.
